In the Schlossbräu you can directly experience how our drinkable beer is created from hops, malt, yeast and water according to old tradition and the purity law. Let our master brewer initiate you into the secrets of beer brewing and put your knowledge to the test during a beer tasting. Strengthened by snacks and beer, you will receive your beer connoisseur diploma at the end. The beer seminar takes place for individuals or small groups, including snack, two beers of your choice and the beer diploma. Please have the date confirmed in advance.
