Freshly tapped every day – Welcome to Schlossbräu!

Since 2003, we have been brewing beer in the Schlossbräu following old traditions, right in our brewery. The original idea was that every guest would bring their own Brotzeit and simply get their beer from the bar.

However, it wasn’t long before requests started coming in—for Brotzeit and warm dishes, for birthday celebrations, and even weddings. Step by step, we expanded our offerings and our kitchen, and today we provide not only Brotzeiten but also a selection of hearty, home-style dishes and cater for all kinds of events.

We are especially proud to offer you meat from our own free-range pasture farming.

In addition to our regular beers, we would like to show you with our monthly beers how wonderfully versatile the world of beers is. However, we remain true to our motto: "Unfiltered, natural beers from natural raw materials."

Reserve a table

Together with our kitchen team, we have created a menu that skillfully combines traditional classics with new interpretations. Our cuisine is characterized by the use of high-quality ingredients and a deep passion for craftsmanship.

Three times a day, with every meal, each of us makes choices with far-reaching consequences. Our food is inseparably linked to politics, economics, society, culture, knowledge, agriculture, health, and the environment. That’s why we carefully select our suppliers. Our motto: We buy food that is good, clean, and fair.

We primarily use meat from our own Land.Luft farm. Since 2016, we have been running a 45-hectare organic free-range farm in Leberfing, just five kilometers from Mariakirchen, practicing pasture grazing and on-site slaughter. You can learn more about it under the Land.Luft section. In case of shortages, as well as for poultry, fish, and game, we source from regional farms that place special emphasis on animal welfare.

We are happy to prepare a custom menu for you—ranging from a traditional Bavarian feast to an exquisite multi-course gourmet experience. For groups of 10 or more, we recommend our house specialties, such as the Reindl meal or succulent ribs. We’d be delighted to personally advise you.

BREWERY TOURS

In the Schlossbräu you can directly experience how our drinkable beer is created from hops, malt, yeast and water according to old tradition and the purity law. Let our master brewer initiate you into the secrets of beer brewing and put your knowledge to the test during a beer tasting. Strengthened by snacks and beer, you will receive your beer connoisseur diploma at the end. The beer seminar takes place for individuals or small groups, including snack, two half beers of your choice and the beer diploma.
